Must-Have
Good working experience in Unix, SQL, with excellent knowledge of Unix environment Should have worked on at least 1 scripting language like Shell scripting, Javascript, Powershell, Perl, Python etc.
Proven permanent fix driven mindset
Proven evidence of identifying improvement opportunities and deliver them consistently.
Good-to-Have
Good to have prior knowledge of Retail banking and support of Retail Banking products
Good to have worked on switching products like IST
Good to have working experience of Windows ftp, sftp, IIS, JBOSS.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 24 by 7 Production support and development
2 Ability to manage team of 4 to 6 members for 24*7 support team.
